Supervised the day-to-day operations of a 19,000 sq. ft. recycling/reuse warehouse and innovative non-profit organization. Responsibilities included: scheduling employees; working with private companies, the public school system and non-profit organizations; soliciting and tracking material donations from businesses and others; organizing promotions and newsletters, and producing mass mailings; organizing, stocking, cleaning and processing materials; tracking and distribution of materials to members; scheduling gallery shows, and outside events; installation and removal of art work for gallery and outside events; scheduling, training, and working with volunteers.

Event History

1990-2004 Catering, and event production
I have been employed by many local agencies to do most jobs in this field; setting up/breaking down and dressing venues, serving food/drinks, cooking, captioning/supervising, truck driving, rigging/lighting.
1996-2002 The Community Festival
Attendance of 20k-30k over 3 days, Staff of 10 year round, 150 during the event. Free Music and Art festival, non-profit, entirely volunteer run and volunteered performances, held in a downtown 40-acre park, with 5 stages, beer sales and a % of street-fare venders proceeds paying for it. Leave no trace and recycling are part of the overall theme and much time and money is used for the park and community improvements. Music, Art, Craft venders, and Food are all-local and participation is juried by committee.

A multi-media Artist cooperative, 7-15 members. Warehouse and hit and run performances; I was involved in planning, site organization and operations, preformed, and promoted.

2000-2004 Cheese&Pants Theater Press-Pack One-Sheet; Bio
Pantomime to prerecorded soundtracks, Mark Gunderson provides the audio and I made my costume, and do most choreographing, we both promote and book shows. We have preformed at several Miss Kitties Hot Box Burlesque, The Community Festival in 2000-2001-2002, Burning Corn 2000-2001, Burning Man 2002-2003, and many other bars, clubs and events.
1990-2002 GagA
Tecno Tribal Industrial Performance, Dada influenced, Averaging 5 shows a year, 5-7-13 member group, multi-media themed and costumed shows, various venues including: coffee shops, art galleries, festivals, clubs, theaters, raves, parties, and alternative events; I was involved in every aspect of the performances, often helping run the overall event.
1997 Bakkee, 4 shows a week for 3 weeks in Aug/Sept
Large ‘rock opera’ in nontraditional space; resourced materials, assisted building stages and props, small non-speaking roll.
1990-1992 Vinyl Hedgehog
3-6 member Gorilla theater group, Social commentary, Hit and run performances during ‘Gallery Hop’ and street festivals; I was involved in all aspects.
